"Excellent customer service (is) the ability of an organization to constantly
and consistently exceed the customer's expectations."
Improving customer service involves making a commitment to learning what our customers' needs and wants are, and developing
action plans that implement customer friendly processes.
None of the companies you will see on this website have any idea of the definition above.
RCA.Com-Don't Buy is an online magazine. It stands for Real Crappy
Attitudes in the Customer Service field. I have just reciently gone thru a "Outer Limits" style of customer service with
an Major Electronics Company who, in my opinion, NO consumers should ever buy from again.
To hopefully Stop this from happening to anyone else, I decided to open
this site up for others to vent their frustrations of POOR customer service experiences they have had also, to hopefully get
something done! BE sure to go to the links page and read before buying any Thomson/RCA products!!!
Dont depend on the FTC, the Attorney General, the BBB, the TV Personalities, the
newspapers or anyone else to do anything about these kind of problems. Iv'e contacted everyone the Internet to help with these
Ripp Off's and none of the above have ever anwsered my emails or calls. The only way to fight back is with our pocketbooks
and websites like these who get these companies to stand behind their warranties!!
I hope you enjoy this e-zine. Be sure to send e-mail to let me know
what you think (or to contribute articles or ideas). I'll be updating frequently, so check back often!
